Nice hotel in a secure area very close to a cafe, convenience shops and Ampang. A tidy room provided with hairdryer, queen size bed. Very stylish design. Its good service. Easy check-in.

The hotel room had a queen size bed and a hair dryer. the room also had a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet. - the hotel is conveniently located near 24-hour shops, Malaysia at night, and restaurants. - I enjoyed dining at Satay, which was just a short 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a good experience overall. The room was well-designed and smelled fresh. The location was great, close to a wide variety of dining options. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom had a modern feel to it.
The room felt stuffy and smaller than advertised. The door did not do much to block out noise, which made it difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was helpful and allowed us to drop our bags before check-in. The internet was superb and uninterrupted, which was great for us. We enjoyed the 24-hour bistros which were located near the entrance of the hotel. The hotel's location was also convenient as we found a lot of restaurants, entertainment places, and even Gleneagles hospital nearby.
Everything was fantastic, and we had no negative aspects to share.

The check-in was easy. Good location with plenty of restaurants and 24-hour marts nearby. Convenient for solo travelers. Helpful staff. Reasonable rates and ample parking space.

The hotel is conveniently located near some great restaurants and Gleneagles hospital. the staff was helpful and carried our luggage to the car. the open toilet/shower space was stylish and breezy. the bigger room was a great advantage for us and the nasi kandar place on the first floor was delicious.
The hotel needs to improve the cleanliness of bathrooms as some guests have complained about cigar smell and other issues.
